Thank you for coming to my page. I'm a fully qualified reflexologist working in Exeter, Exmouth and surrounding areas of Devon. I achieved a Distinction in my Reflexology training at Devon School of Reflexology in 2016. I"m a member of the UK Association of Reflexologists, a proffessional body which supports and monitors reflexologists in the UK. I've continued with advanced training in Womens reflexology and Holistic energy work.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and calming treatment that can help with a multitude of physical and mental health conditions including anxiety, stress and depression. Reflexology can support women seeking to conceive and during pregnancy. Reflexology is an ancient therapy, involving firm touch to the feet, massage and the pressing of points on the feet. It can also be practised on hands. To a reflexologist your foot is a map to the whole physical system, all the organs and glands can be affected and calmed with firm but gentle pressure.
